Meet Anastasiia Sanina, our new Head of B2B Partnerships

The Vault is growing its partner network, and partnerships now have a dedicated owner. Anastasiia Sanina has joined as Head of B2B Partnerships and is the single point of contact for all The Vault partners: integrations, commercial questions, onboarding and joint initiatives.

Anastasiia Sanina, Head of B2B Partnerships at The Vault

Before joining us, Anastasiia spent seven years building regulated digital-asset infrastructure. She was employee #3 at a tokenization exchange that grew into a licensed platform operating across Switzerland, the US, Bahrain and the UAE, and she led the programme that secured its Central Bank of Bahrain licence. She started her career as a software engineer and is completing an MBA at Imperial College London, having been awarded the Imperial Excellence Scholarship.

We asked her a few questions instead of writing the usual press release.

You've spent years building regulated platforms yourself. How does that change the way you work with partners?

Mostly it means I've been on the other side of the table. I know what it's like to evaluate an infrastructure provider: what you actually read in the documentation, which answers you need before your compliance team will sign off, where integrations usually get stuck. So my default is to give partners the answer they need to move forward, not the answer that sounds best.

The Central Bank of Bahrain licence took your team 14 months. The industry expectation was three to five years. What did that teach you?

That regulators are not the obstacle, ambiguity is. When you show up with clear documentation, a real audit trail and honest answers about what you can and cannot do yet, things move. I bring the same logic to partnerships: clarity first, and no surprises on compliance.

What will you actually be doing for The Vault partners?

Everything that touches a partnership. Technology and platform integrations, commercial terms, onboarding, co-marketing, escalations. If you work with The Vault and something needs an owner, that owner is me. Partners should not have to figure out who to write to.

And on the technical side, how deep can partners go with you?

As deep as they want. I wrote code for a living before I moved into operations, and I've taken wallet integrations and cross-chain architecture to production. If your engineers want to talk token standards or deployment models, they won't need a translator.

How do partners reach you?

Email is best: anastasiia.sanina@thevault.inc. Or find me on LinkedIn. If we already work together, I'll be reaching out personally over the coming weeks anyway.
