Expansion of Regulated Offerings under MiCA Framework

As part of its growth, The Vault has expanded its regulated framework in Europe under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation. The authorisation marks a significant milestone and a natural next step in building infrastructure that institutions can rely on.

The Vault is a digital asset infrastructure provider delivering solutions from secure custody and treasury operations to back-office management and wallets for institutional clients, including corporate treasuries, asset managers, financial institutions, and family offices.

Through Tria Bridge Ltd, institutional clients of The Vault in the EEA can now access crypto-asset services provided under a single, harmonised EU regulatory framework. Together with SwissZeit Capital AG, a Swiss entity within The Vault group and a member of VQF, a FINMA-recognised self-regulatory organisation, and The Vault's software solutions, this allows the group to serve the full range of institutional client needs and to offer ready-to-use white-label crypto infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions.

MiCA gives institutional clients something long missing from European digital asset markets: a regulated counterparty operating under an EU-wide framework with defined obligations, oversight, and accountability.

For corporate treasuries, asset managers, financial institutions, and family offices, this removes a critical friction point. Under The Vault brand, institutional clients can now access a full range of MiCA-regulated services: custody and administration of crypto-assets, exchange of crypto-assets for funds and for other crypto-assets, execution and reception and transmission of orders, advice on crypto-assets, portfolio management, and transfer services. All are delivered to the same standard of regulatory rigour institutions apply to their traditional financial partners.

As a MiCA-authorised CASP, Tria Bridge Ltd is also subject to DORA, the EU's Digital Operational Resilience Act, which sets resilience and continuity requirements for the technology infrastructure used in regulated financial services. Client assets are held in line with MiCA's segregation requirements, and Tria Bridge Ltd operates under the ongoing supervision of CySEC.

This authorisation is a milestone for The Vault and for the clients we serve. It confirms that the infrastructure we have built is ready, and that our clients can engage with it on solid regulatory ground.
